Co-Hostie
Who owns the Airbnb listing? You do!
What we do: We co-host and manage the listing you create, handling guest communication, bookings, and day-to-day operations.
Listing development: We don’t enhance or add any marketing appeal to the listing itself; you maintain control over its presentation.
Listing ownership: You retain ownership and control of your Airbnb listing.
Our role: We manage the listing you create, handling guest communication, bookings, arrivals and checkouts and the daily operations.
Maintenance: We manage minor fixes within a pre-approved budget and request approval for larger repairs. All costs will be invoiced separately and deducted from your payout.
Financials: You receive all Airbnb payouts directly and pay us an 18% commission on total bookings (post-Airbnb fees).
